Can I refuse my package upon delivery?

If you think the package has been opened or damaged, you must open it in the presence of the deliveryman before signing off the receipt proof. Refuse it if it’s damaged and let us know as soon as possible.

If you changed your mind, you can also refuse the package and it’ll be returned back to us. Nevertheless, unless you tell us you changed your mind, we will wonder what happened with your delivery.

We will send you a refund (minus shipping fees) once we have received the package.
