How can I be sure that my order is validated?

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email in which you will find your order number. 

You can also consult at any time the status of your orders from the Order history section in your customer account.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link that will allow you to follow your parcel at each step of the delivery process.
