My order is late
We totally get you, us too we are always in a hury when waiting for bike parts. There might be two reasons for your delivery to be delayed:
- our shipper got delayed, we can’t really do much here but we’re in this with you 🤞. In the meantime, check out the tracking link we sent you to stay up to date,
- we at MTO had a mishap, in this case we should have informed you, if not, shoot us a message.
