Why was my payment refused?

This can happen for many reasons. Usually it’s either your bank declining for some reason (credit card cap reached, amount is too high…) or you missed your 3D secure code.

In any case, we offer many payment methods, so you can always use bank transfer (best option for elevated amounts) or PayPal.
