First of all, make sure you have typed it properly and it doesn’t contain any whitespace or special character. Do you get an error or does it do nothing?

Make sure that you haven’t already used your coupon, that it’s still valid (christmas special won’t work in august…). Now if you still think this coupon should work and it doesn’t, tell us and we’ll see what we can do for you.
